Deborah
Gibbins & Co secured a Legal Aid Franchise in the specialist area of
family/matrimonial work on
22nd October 1999
. Advice
is provided to both Legal Aid (Publicly Funded) clients and private
paying clients.
In securing a Legal Aid Franchise is it necessary for the firm and
legal staff to meet specialist quality standards imposed by the Legal
Services Commission (formerly the Legal Aid Board).
Accordingly the firm has been awarded a specialist quality mark
to reflect this.
